What’s your personal design style?
  • To me, there’s nothing more amazing than a traditional architectural shell juxtaposed against sleek modern furnishings.
What would be your dream project?
  • With my love of old buildings and historic preservation, my dream project would be to work on an historic renovation of a vintage co-op somewhere in Chicago’s Gold Coast neighborhood. Keeping historic detailing, while seamlessly incorporating modern amenities, would be a great design challenge.
What fuels your creativity outside the office?
  • Taking my dog, Cooper, on long walks around Chicago, experiencing the history and architecture of the city.
Favorite Project:
  • I love the architectural detailing and mix of materials and furnishings that were used in our Merchandise Mart Dream Home Study. This mix of textures and finishes shows a well-designed, yet collected, environment.
